Ellis Rountree Jr., a 26-year-old resident of Tampa, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2020. The incident occurred near the intersection of Nebraska and Floribraska avenues. According to reports, Rountree was lying on a bench when he was shot by David Lee Fogg Jr., a 36-year-old man.
