William F. Alexander, a 39-year-old male, was found deceased outside his residence in Tampa, Florida, on March 28, 2018. The Tampa Police Department responded to reports of a shooting in the 400 block of W Park Avenue at approximately 6:06 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered William F. Alexander's body, and the incident was immediately classified as a homicide. The police indicated that the shooting did not appear to be random, suggesting that the victim may have been targeted.
