Jaquan Brown, a 21-year-old father from Tampa, Florida, was found shot and killed inside a car on the evening of March 28, 2023. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of East Ideal Street in Tampa. According to his family, Jaquan was shot several times while walking away from the scene.
