Thomas Edward Walker, a 38-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 11, 2017, in Clair-Mel City, a neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. On that fateful day, deputies from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of shots fired near the intersection of Libby Lane and Deerfield Lane.
