Jabari Demetrius Herndon, a 31-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2020, in Tampa, Florida. He was a victim of a random drive-by shooting while on the front porch of a home in Southeast Seminole Heights. This incident also claimed the life of Ernest Fisher, Jr., and injured four others. The community was left in shock and mourning as they gathered to remember Jabari and Ernest, releasing balloons in their memory and calling for justice.
