Donald Ray Kenney, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on February 5, 2017, in Longview, Texas. Born on March 12, 1982, in Longview, Kenney's untimely death left a significant impact on his community. He was found shot near the intersection of 12th and Dean streets, and his body was discovered lying near train tracks, a mile and a half away from where the initial call was made.
