On January 26, 2023, 46-year-old Tuyen Nguyen of Wichita, Kansas, was tragically killed in a domestic murder-suicide. Authorities responded to a call around 11:45 p.m. from an out-of-state individual reporting that Nguyen had been shot by her husband, 71-year-old Bay Le. Upon forcibly entering the residence in the 800 block of W. Mt. Vernon, officers found both individuals with gunshot wounds.
