Kelly Evander Stacy Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2016, in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred at the Tampa Hotel located at 2307 E. Busch Blvd. Around 3:48 p.m., paramedics discovered Kelly Evander Stacy Jr. lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. Despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after being found.
