Rick Stamps, aged 66, was tragically murdered on September 6, 1986, in Los Angeles, California. His death was part of a series of killings attributed to a spree killer known as the "Skid Row Slayer," later identified as Michael Player. Player targeted vulnerable individuals, primarily homeless men, in the Skid Row area of Los Angeles.
