Orbin Javier Ventura Navas, a 26-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on June 13, 2018, in the Green Meadows neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred in the 400 block of East 102nd Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, the shooting happened shortly after 12:30 p.m. on that day.
