Death by Force

On the evening of July 4, 2025, Jamard Thomas, 40, a Black man from Baltimore, was shot multiple times on the 2600 block of Greenmount Avenue as fireworks cracked across the city. Police were called at about 9:24 p.m., and soon after, Jamard Thomas, 40, a male gunshot victim, walked into a local hospital with wounds to his upper body.
