William Reed, a 60-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the morning of August 27, 2023. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Annabel Avenue, where officers patrolling the area heard gunfire and discovered Reed suffering from multiple life-threatening gunshot wounds. Emergency medical personnel transported him to a local hospital, but despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on September 4, 2023.
