Brandon Armstrong, a 14-year-old boy from San Marcos, California, tragically lost his life on October 26, 1996. His death was part of a horrific incident where his mother, Susan Eubanks, fatally shot him along with his three younger brothers: Austin Eubanks, 7; Brigham Eubanks, 6; and Matthew Eubanks, 4.
