On the night of November 20, 2015, 14-year-old Brandon Gonzalez was found critically injured on a sidewalk in San Marcos, California. Reports of gunfire led deputies to the intersection of De Leone and Hollencrest roads around 10:50 p.m., where they discovered Gonzalez unconscious and suffering from traumatic injuries.
