Ivan Rivera, a 40-year-old resident of Vista, California, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2021, in a double shooting incident in San Marcos. The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. on La Rosa Drive, a cul-de-sac off South Rancho Santa Fe Road. Deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department responded to reports of gunfire and found Rivera and another man, who has not been publicly identified, suffering from gunshot wounds.
