Ivan Rivera, a 40-year-old resident of Vista, California, tragically lost his life on November 17, 2021, in a double shooting incident in San Marcos. The shooting occurred around 7 p.m. on La Rosa Drive, a cul-de-sac off South Rancho Santa Fe Road.
