Roderick Juan "RJ" Davis, a 19-year-old from Lompoc, California, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2006. Davis was shot to death at a Chevron gas station on East Ocean Avenue in Lompoc. The incident occurred after an altercation between Davis and Martin Lara Jr., a 22-year-old from Lompoc.
