Marcelino Madrigal, a 46-year-old resident of Lompoc, California, was tragically shot to death on January 20, 2021. The incident occurred while Madrigal was in his tent in the Santa Ynez Riverbed. He was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, and despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death have left his family and the community in shock and mourning.
