Kenneth "Kenny" Sosa, aged 27, was tragically killed on November 27, 2006, in Lompoc, California. Sosa was shot multiple times while sitting in his car on North N Street, just a block south of Lompoc High School. The shooting occurred in broad daylight, around 2 p.m., and was not a random act. Sosa was specifically targeted, although the exact motive behind the killing was not immediately clear.
