On February 3, 2020, 23-year-old Phillip Lee was found with multiple gunshot wounds outside his residence at the Village Park South Apartments in Texarkana, Arkansas. He had been shot in the left wrist, side, and chest. Despite immediate medical attention, Lee succumbed to his injuries later that day at a local hospital.
