On July 10, 2021, at approximately 11:20 PM, a fatal shooting occurred in the 300 block of East 49th Street in Texarkana, Arkansas. Aaron Lamar Brown, a 33-year-old resident of Texarkana, was shot multiple times during a confrontation in the roadway. He was transported to St. Michael's Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
