In the late summer of 2019, the life of 55-year-old Reginald D. Davis was tragically cut short in a violent encounter in Texarkana, Arkansas. On the evening of August 28th, Davis was at the Shangri-La Apartments when a robbery escalated into a deadly shooting. The incident resulted in the deaths of Davis and another man, 45-year-old Scott Wiegmann, while a third individual, LaJhonta Collier, sustained serious injuries but survived.
