Kendrick Antwan Roquemore, a 38-year-old resident of Bivins, Texas, died on September 30, 2023, as a result of a shooting that occurred the previous night in Texarkana, Arkansas. The incident took place in the 1500 block of E 15th Street on Friday, September 29, 2023.
