Death by Force

On the evening of August 19, 2023, at approximately 10:30 p.m., 34-year-old Jonathan-David Clark was fatally shot in Lompoc, California. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of North L Street, where Clark was reportedly unloading groceries from his vehicle. Despite prompt life-saving efforts by responding officers, fire department personnel, and paramedics, Clark was pronounced dead at the scene.
