Ronda Ebeling, a 23-year-old resident of Joshua Tree, California, tragically lost her life on May 21, 2018. The incident occurred when she went to meet her former boyfriend, Ray Wyatt, in a remote area near Yucca Trail and La Contenta Road. According to reports, Ebeling had kept an open phone line with a friend during the meeting. The friend overheard Wyatt making suicidal statements and mentioning that he had a gun.
