Abel Martinez Mejia, a 41-year-old truck driver from Richmond, California, was tragically killed on January 22, 2008, in Oakland. Mejia was on his lunch break from Standard Iron and Metals Co. when he stopped at a taco truck parked at the corner of 85th Avenue and San Leandro Street in East Oakland.
