Andrew Moppin-Buckskin, a 20-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2007, following a fatal encounter with police officers. The incident began when Moppin-Buckskin fled from his vehicle after being pulled over by Oakland police officers for a traffic violation.
