Miguel Barboza, a 37-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on January 4, 2014. The incident occurred on the 3600 block of International Boulevard in the Fruitvale district of Oakland. Barboza was involved in a possible argument with an unknown individual, which escalated into violence. He was shot and succumbed to his injuries shortly after the incident.
