Jacoby Diego Morales, a 24-year-old Hispanic/Latino male, was shot late in the morning on May 22, 2025, in Oakland’s San Antonio neighborhood after what police described as a street dispute. Gunfire erupted around 11:30 a.m. on the 1300–1400 block of 18th Avenue; wounded multiple times, Morales managed to move away from the initial scene before collapsing near the 1700 block of International Boulevard, where he was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
