John Anthony Jr. Nicacio

John Anthony Nicacio, aged 24, was shot and killed on December 30, 2016, while driving in East Oakland, California. The incident occurred around 4:19 p.m. in the 7700 block of Garfield Avenue. Nicacio was shot multiple times, and his vehicle came to a stop after the attack. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
