Robert Anthony Proano, a 22-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, was tragically shot and killed on February 10, 2014. The incident occurred near the intersection of East Artesia Boulevard and Myrtle Avenue. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Long Beach police responded to a call of shots fired at approximately 1:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Proano lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds.
