Arthur Touch, a 14-year-old resident of Long Beach, California, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2020, in what authorities have described as a gang-related shooting. On the evening of the incident, police were dispatched to the 1400 block of St. Louis Avenue following reports of a person lying on the street.
