Dewayne Tunstall, a 24-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 7, 2022, in Memphis, Tennessee. Tunstall was the first victim in a series of shootings that paralyzed the city for several hours. The incident occurred at approximately 1 a.m. when Tunstall was gathered with friends at a Memphis home. According to police reports, 19-year-old Ezekiel Kelly was identified as the shooter.
