In the late summer of 2010 in New Orleans, the life of Melvin Lebranch III was cut short. On August 31st of that year, he was tragically killed, the victim of a fatal shooting. His death, which occurred just three days before his younger brother's 18th birthday, sent ripples of grief through his family.
