On a November evening in New Orleans, the life of Louis Henry was tragically cut short. The male victim was discovered on November 11, 2017, in the Algiers neighborhood of the city. He had sustained fatal gunshot wounds.

Emergency services were called to the 1400 block of Flanders Street where they found Henry unresponsive. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation into his death was handled by the New Orleans Police Department, who classified the case ...
