Bruce Hollis, aged 52, tragically lost his life on January 6, 2018, in Bakersfield, California. The incident occurred outside the Westfair Lounge, where a physical altercation between Hollis and Charles Tomlin, aged 41, escalated into a deadly confrontation. According to police reports, Hollis shot Tomlin multiple times during the altercation. Tomlin was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
