Exavier Danzel Tappin, a 19-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on November 11, 2016. Tappin was shot near Bernard Street, just south of Highway 178, in East Bakersfield. He was transported to Kern Medical, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred within 50 yards of another shooting that had taken place the previous night, raising questions about a possible connection between the two events.
