Ruben Antonio Garcia, a 26-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2018, as a result of a drive-by shooting. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of East 10th Street, where Garcia was attending a family gathering. The shooting, which also injured two other individuals, was reported to the Bakersfield Police Department, who responded swiftly to the scene. Despite being rushed to Kern Medical, Garcia succumbed to his injuries.
