Carlos Perez Hernandez, a 32-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on April 1, 2021. The incident occurred on Cottonwood Road, where Kern County Sheriff's deputies responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Hernandez in the roadway with severe gunshot wounds.
