Tony Gutierrez Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on the night of August 25, 2020. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. in the 700 block of Water Street, near the intersection of Columbus Street and River Boulevard. According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a call about a shooting and found Gutierrez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
