Moises Nicholas Aguilar Lopez, a 19-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on June 1, 2016. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Union Avenue, near a medical marijuana dispensary. Lopez was in a vehicle with a teenage passenger when they were both shot. Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene, while the passenger survived the attack. The Kern County Sheriff's Office identified Lopez as the victim shortly after the incident.
