Alvin Samuel, a 23-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2021. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Bakersfield police responded to a ShotSpotter activation in the 10 block of Monterey Street, near Union Avenue.
