Rickey Ricardo Rivas, a 32-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on December 21, 2018. His body was discovered in a burned vehicle in East Bakersfield. The Kern County Coroner's Office determined that Rivas had died from multiple gunshot wounds before the vehicle was set on fire. This gruesome discovery marked the beginning of a complex investigation into his death.
