Michael Rico Stubbs, a 32-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on February 22, 2022. The incident occurred in the evening when Bakersfield Police officers responded to a call about a shooting at the intersection of California Avenue and P Street. Upon arrival, officers found Stubbs suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite immediate medical aid, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
