Joshua Isidro Rocha, a 21-year-old resident of Los Angeles, was tragically killed in a shooting incident on March 11, 2020, in Southwest Bakersfield, California. The incident occurred around 8:11 p.m. on Whitegate Avenue, where Bakersfield Police responded to reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Rocha suffering from a gunshot wound.
