Jerry Lana Hastings, a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on June 23, 2019, as a result of a shooting incident. The incident occurred early in the morning in the area of Isla Verde Street and West Columbus Street in Northeast Bakersfield. Hastings was found at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds and was immediately listed in critical condition. He was transported to Kern Medical, where he succumbed to his injuries.
