Francisco Xavier Rodriguez Jr., a 30-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, was found dead near the railroad tracks at North Chester Avenue and Norris Road on May 16, 2022. Deputies from the Kern County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at approximately 2:40 a.m. and discovered Rodriguez suffering from gunshot wounds.
