Brandon Allen Fanning, a 21-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on November 10, 2016. The Kern County Sheriff's Office identified Fanning as the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred around 11 p.m. on Pearl Street in northeast Bakersfield.
