Lnefarius McGinnis, a 30-year-old beloved school coach and mentor from Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on July 25, 2018. Known affectionately as "Coach Phee," McGinnis was deeply involved in his community, working with various schools and youth programs. He was shot multiple times in the 1100 block of 65th Avenue in East Oakland and was pronounced dead at the scene.
