Steven C. Vance Jr., 30, male, was shot and killed on the evening of May 11, 2024, near North 21st Street and West Clarke Street on Milwaukee’s north side. First responders were called just after 7:30 p.m., and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner identified the victim by name, and local reporting placed the time of the shooting at about 7:34–7:35 p.m. at that intersection.

Police said they had made no arrests that night and were seeking unknown ...
