On the evening of July 31, 2026, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 65-year-old Phillip Clark was fatally shot in his home. The incident, which occurred around 5:30 p.m. near 50th and Hampton, was the result of a gunshot wound to the abdomen following what was reported as an argument. When police arrived at the residence in the 4600 block of North 50th Street, they found Phillip Clark unresponsive, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
